This website is operated by Untaptd Ltd. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

What personal information we collect

  • If you contact us by email (including via the “Get in touch” link), we may collect:

  • your name (if you provide it);

  • your email address; and

  • any information you choose to include in your message (which may include professional details).
     

  • We do not intentionally collect special category data (for example, health information). Please don’t include it in your message.

Our lawful basis

  • Under the UK GDPR, we rely on:

  • Legitimate interests – to respond to enquiries and run our business communications; and/or

  • Pre-contract steps/contract – where your enquiry is about services, and we need to take steps at your request. 

Who we share your information with

We treat enquiries as confidential. We may share your information only where necessary with:

  • our email and IT service providers (to receive, store, and manage communications); and

  • professional advisers (for example, legal or accounting), where required.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some service providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required under UK data protection law.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as necessary:

  • to respond and follow up; and

  • to meet legal, regulatory, or professional obligations.

 

Typical retention is up to 24 months from last contact, unless we need to keep it longer (for example, if we enter into a client relationship). You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

You have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to:

  • access your personal information;

  • correct inaccurate information;

  • request deletion;

  • restrict or object to processing; and

  • lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
