We take data privacy and protection very seriously and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of data protection – both for our clients and our research respondents.

Lawful basis for processing.
We only process personal information where we have a lawful basis for doing so, the following are the bases that we rely on:

For example, if you provide verbatim comments when responding to one of our surveys, we will ask your permission if we want to share it with our clients or publish it in a report. We collect personal information from and about you for a variety of business purposes, for example we will contact you using a corporate email address with information about our products and services unless you have instructed us not to.

Retention time.
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.
Therefore:

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.

Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.
The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
How we keep your personal information secure.
We have appropriate technical and security measures in place to help ensure that our data is protected against unauthorised or accidental access, use, alteration, or loss.
We put in place safeguards, such as EU standard contractual clauses, to protect information that is transferred in this way.
Market research.
In the telephone and online research we conduct as a business on behalf of our clients, we collect information that can identify you as an individual. We will also be passed information that is collected by our clients who want us to contact you to ask if you’d like to participate in market research. This information could include your full name, job title, company name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and might also include information about your area of specialisation.
The personal information we collect in this context will be used for the following purposes:

We do not share information with other parties.
We do not use third parties retained under contract to provide technical functionality for some of our services, which includes processing personal data on our behalf.

We offer you several choices related to information that we process about you. You have the right to:
